Nature’s Nurture Low Glycemic Index Puttu Mix Powder is a wholesome, nutritious blend made with ragi (finger millet), pearl millet, oats, lentils, chana, jackfruit powder, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, psyllium husk, coconut, soya, quinoa, horse gram, almond and cashew. Designed as a convenient alternative for traditional puttu preparation, this mix is rich in protein and fibre, low in carbohydrates, and made without added preservatives or artificial colours. Each 500 g pack is sufficient to prepare approximately 35–40 cylindrical steamed puttu.
